Convenience function to check whether a given EDM type is of type OrderableEdmType.
Parameters
- edmType: EdmTypeCommon | ExclusiveEdmTypeV2 | ExclusiveEdmTypeV4
  Literal EDM type string to check.
Returns boolean
Whether the given edmType is of type OrderableEdmType.
